Lisle Architecture and Design is a full service firm located in Wilmington and Raleigh, North Carolina. We offer design and construction services for commercial, public, institutional, and residential projects. Since our inception in 1998, we have focused on providing high quality and comprehensive design services to our clients to meet their needs while introducing them to new and inventive solutions to their problems. We were the first firm to complete a LEED Gold project in the Cape Fear region and we understand that our design decisions must be made in a manner which fosters environmental stewardship while also meeting our clients’ budgetary needs. Our goal is to provide quality design coupled with efficient construction administration and our track record of repeat clients and referrals for the past 22 years has proven our ability to deliver such services.

This project was full scale interior renovation of a historic 1907 building built to house fire engines. We maintained the exterior historic facade and added a two story bar area, designed to mimic the front of a ship - to pay homage the pirate Blackbeard aka, Edward Teach. Polished concrete floors and bar top, rope accents and a large brewing area complete the up-fit
